Sakanat operates as an online marketplace for housing listings connecting seekers with advertisers. It is not a party to any rental contract or payment between both parties.

1. Registration

Every advertiser must register with accurate details (name, phone, email, role). Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of published information and photos.

2. Content

Misleading information, fake photos and duplicate listings are prohibited. The administration may pause or remove any violating listing.

3. Agreement between parties

Financial and legal agreements happen outside the platform; the platform holds no responsibility for their outcomes.

4. Reports

Users may report violating listings; reports are reviewed by the administration.
